Alternator

Stator

Direct drive centrifugal fan. Flume configuration, 2/3 distance winding, which can make it efficient to restrain three waves of current and waveform distortion of output voltage.

Rotor

1) Direct drive centrifugal fan. Having been balanced before assembly, as well as through soft drive disk to make a connection with engine.

2) Direct drive centrifugal fan. Integrated damper winding lessens the vibration of parallel connection.

Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) Direct drive centrifugal fan.

There are many kinds of AVR. SX440 is of self-excitation AVR, due to inducing 2 phases average voltage, to make sure of regulation rate of voltage.

Besides that, it can meet demands of power supply in normal situations. MX321 is not of self-excitation type, inducing three phases voltage combined with PMG, to make sure of ±0.5% voltage regulation rate, which is suitable for some special demands.
